Buildcert are industry leading building consultants offering a broad range of building consultancy and building certification services to deliver easier and faster building approvals. Our building consultancy was formed in 2012 and now boasts over 140 employees in our five offices strategically located to service the Central Coast, Sydney, Newcastle and Hunter Region, Mid North Coast and Far South Coast of New South Wales. We have also recently opened our Brisbane office in Fortitude valley, expanding the Buildcert experience to our Queensland clients.
With more than 52 accredited Private building certifiers ranging in qualification from A4 to A1 unrestricted, and a team of dedicated administrative staff, we have the ability to service all development types and sizes in a timely manner and with a professional, personalised approach.

Our private building certifiers have more than 100 years of combined experience, with involvement in significant projects throughout New South Wales in both private and public sectors. Our extensive industry experience enables our private building certifiers to practically apply their knowledge to Building Codes and other standards.
