Project Coordinators – Newcastle & Central Coast

About you

You will possess the following skills and experience to ensure success in this role:

  • professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • intermediate computer skills (MS Office) with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • have a current driver’s licence, and legal work rights in Australia.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role will be to bridge the gap between our technical functions and our customers to ensure Buildcert’s client expectations are met and exceeded with every interaction. To achieve this, you will work closely with our Certifiers to support and complete a range of administrative responsibilities to service our clients. With core capabilities built around customer service, communication, problem-solving and prioritisation, this role is one that will offer challenge, variety and stimulation.

Tasks for this role include but are not limited to:

  • proactive client communication and updates.
  • project coordination.
  • basic accounts/ invoice creation.
  • accurate set up of internal files and document review.
  • ordering and interpretation of Council and legislative documentation and certificates.
  • lodgement of documentation onto NSW Planning Portal.
